National ALA Membership Application

Individuals interested in joining the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and who meet the criteria for membership are welcome to complete and submit an Application for Membership.  (Membership criteria appears in the application form.)  There are two ways to use the electronic Application for Membership published at the ALA website at www.alanet.org.

Print a hard copy of the application, complete the form, and mail it with your dues payment to the appropriate address (depending on method of payment) outlined at the end of the Application for Membership.  Please note that this print version of the form is a PDF file and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to be on your computer in order for you to read it.  You can download a free copy from the internet.

Online Application

Complete the application while online, provide a MasterCard, Visa or American Express number for dues payment, and electronically forward the completed document as outlined at the end of the Application for Membership.  Please note:  when submitting your application electronically, you must provide an electronic signature to attest that you meet the criteria for membership.  Entry of your initials at the signature line of the application form will be deemed to constitute your electronic signature.
